2nd Grade - 5 Steps of confession

1) Examine your conscience - remembering your sins
2) Contrition - deeply sorry for your sins (spend at least 5 minutes)
3) Confession - honestly confess your sins to a priest
4) Penance - an act or prayer given to you by the priest to make up for your sins.
5) Absolution - God's forgiveness through a prayer and action of the priest
